The individual will work on a variety of telephone calling programs from your home office using a combination of communication methods including the telephone and e-mail contacting decision makers in companies (no calling to residences) throughout Canada and the United States.

Required Skills:
Excellent command of the english language
Experience in telemarketing or inside sales
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Good comfort level with the Internet (Must have a high speed Internet connection)
Detail orientated
Desired Skills:
Comfort with interpersonal telephone communication
Knowledge programs such as Salesforce.com an asset
French speaking an asset but not required
Understanding of the sales process
Enjoy working with people.
